I checked it out hoping to find some decent game stuff, but the selection felt limited. Maybe I just caught it at a bad time, but a lot of the things I was looking for were either missing or seemed to be gone. I don’t want to be too harsh, but it was kind of disappointing

I saw a discount banner that made it seem like I’d get a certain deal, but then at checkout it showed something different. To be fair, maybe there were terms I missed, but it was still annoying and made the whole promo feel misleading

My preorder just sat there without any clear updates, so I ended up having to contact support myself. Since nobody could really explain what was happening, the whole thing felt messy and frustrating.

I opened the package and about half the items were totally not what I ordered. It was frustrating because I was expecting the specific things I picked out, and instead they sent different stuff

I was really hoping the international shipping would be smoother, but it felt like I was waiting forever. The tracking didn’t give much useful info either, so I was mostly just guessing where my order was. For the time it took, I expected it to be more like..

I’ve ordered from here before and didn’t have any problems, so this was disappointing. Something went wrong with my order, and when I reached out to get it fixed, the solution they gave didn’t really help. Support was slow to respond, and I felt like I had to keep following up just to get anywhere. In the end, the issue still wasn’t sorted and I didn’t really get a clear answer. it was a frustrating experience.

Am I missing something here? I tried checking out and it froze on me twice. After the second time, I just gave up on placing the order.

I felt like the prices were higher than they should’ve been for what I ended up getting. The site made everything sound a little too polished and “premium,” which always makes me suspicious, and once shipping got added in, it really didn’t feel like a good deal.

What bugged me more was finding pretty much the same kind of stuff cheaper somewhere else after I’d already ordered. Maybe it’s fine if you’re not watching what you spend, but for me it just wasn’t worth it, and I don’t see myself ordering again.

The box arrived completely crushed and I was disappointed because the packaging was really flimsy and by the time I opened it my stuff was already bent, scuffed up, and just looked like it had been tossed around the whole way here.

I emailed them twice about my order and, honestly... nothing. No update, no help, not even a quick reply to say they’re looking into it. It’s just been silence, and yeah, it’s frustrating. Customer service really shouldn’t be this hard.

I’m not sure what the issue is, but the download access just never seemed to work for me. I tried a few times and still couldn’t get it to download.

I was ready to order a couple things from Warehouse23, but then I got to the shipping part and kind of did a double take. The shipping was so high it was almost as much as the items themselves (which just felt hard to justify).

I totally get that shipping isn’t free, and I’m not expecting magic here, but for what seemed like a small package, the price felt way over the top. I ended up just closing the cart instead of checking out (not exactly the shopping mood I started with).

The products might be perfectly fine, and I was actually interested in them, but the shipping cost just ruined it for me. Unless that changes, it’s probably not worth ordering from there for smaller stuff.

The tracking never updated at all, and my order still seems to be lost somewhere. I kept checking for any kind of update, but nothing changed. Give me a break — what’s the point of tracking if it doesn’t actually tell you where the package is?

Warehouse 23 was okay overall, but it wasn’t the smoothest shopping experience. I did eventually find what I needed, but the menus felt kind of clunky and a few pages took longer to load than I expected. Checkout worked fine, which was a relief, but while browsing I kept feeling like the site wasn’t really helping me get where I wanted to go. Searching could definitely be easier. It’s not terrible, but I came away feeling a little ignored as a shopper.

Like, why even show the stuff if I can’t buy it? I checked back later and it was the same nonsense. The whole thing felt like a time-wasting mess.

I ordered from warehouse23.com and the shipping was way slower than I expected. It took much longer than it should have, and the tracking updates werent really helpful either. If I need something quickly, I probaly won’t order from them again.
